Mock Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    sour cream (about 2 heaping Tbsp.)
    chopped green onion
    grated blue box Velveeta cheese
    crumbled bacon bits
    pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes in 1-inch chunks.
    Boil in salted water until done.
    Drain well.
    Mix oleo and sour cream.
    Pour over potatoes and toss lightly.
    Season with pepper and more salt, if necessary.
    Pour potatoes into glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle green onion, cheese and bacon bits over potatoes.
    Cover with foil and place in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is slightly melted (about 10 to 15 minutes).
