Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and zucchini.
    Add in dry ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour mixture into greased and lightly floured loaf pans (2 large or 3 small). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool on rack.
    Turn out and cool thoroughly.
