Shoo-Fly Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. molasses (Brer Rabbit)
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Mix flour, sugar and butter all together.
Mix molasses, hot water and baking soda all together.
Pour liquid in unbaked pie shell and then put crumbs over liquid.
Do not mix together.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 2 pies.
