Sour Cream-Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a large loaf pan.
    In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream and baking soda.
    Set aside for 5 minutes.
    Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs and raisins and whisk until blended.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Add to sour cream; mix until blended.
    Spread evenly in prepared pan. Stir together the cinnamon, brown sugar and walnuts.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Bake for 65 to 75 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes.
