Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 c. honey
    1 lb. cranberries
    1 medium orange, minced
    4 c. unsweetened strawberries (frozen)
    1/2 c. candied ginger root, chopped fine
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1/2 c. hazelnuts (dry roasted), chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine water and honey in saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Add cranberries and cook 5 minutes.
    Add orange, berries, ginger and raisins.
    Simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add toasted nuts.
    Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate.
