Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked, peeled, drained zucchini puree
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Milnot
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
nutmeg
cinnamon
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together.
Pour into an unbaked deep dish pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
