Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. salad oil (I use Crisco oil)
    1/2 c. poppy seed
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and mix 4 minutes with beater at medium speed.
    Pour into well-greased and floured pans.
    Bake for about 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 regular-sized loaves of 9 x 6 1/2 x 3-inch.
