Chicken Paprika With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 6 legs
    2 heaping Tbsp. paprika
    2 medium onions
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pt. half and half
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil the chicken (without skin) until tender.
    Remove chicken; set aside.
    In frying pan, saute the onions with butter and paprika.
    Add to chicken broth; let boil, about 20 minutes, then add half and half and flour.
    Let cook.
    Then add sour cream and lemon juice to gravy.
    Cut up chicken in pieces; add to gravy. Chill overnight.
