Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    1/2 c. Cheez Whiz spread
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion and broccoli in oleo until onion is tender. Remove from heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
