Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test at 45 minutes.
    Use 1 (2 pound) loaf pan or 2 (1 pound) pans.
    Frost with thin cream cheese frosting, if desired.
