Ingredients

2 egg whites (room temperature)
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and beat until it forms stiff peaks, then blend in cocoa.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
While oven is preheating, drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
After oven is preheated fully, turn oven off and leave cookies in overnight.
