Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. water
2 c. peanuts
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine sugar, syrup and water in a large pan and bring to boil.
Add peanuts and cook until mixture turns golden.
Take off heat and stir in butter.
Add baking soda and stir well.
Pour on cookie sheet.
Spread as thin as possible.
Let cool and break into pieces.
