Sheila'S Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 stick margarine, softened
    2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and if desired, caraway seed.
    Set aside.
    Mix margarine and sugar.
    Add egg, buttermilk and dry ingredients.
    After blended, add raisins. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
