Ingredients

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter (soft)
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. almond extract
1 to 3 drops green food coloring
2 eggs
3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding and pie filling mix
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter, powdered sugar, oil, almond extract and food coloring.
Beat in eggs.
Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add nuts.
Form balls and roll in sugar.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
