Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 fresh yellow squash
10 crackers
3/4 c. Pet milk
3 eggs
2 medium onions
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 stick oleo
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut squash into slices.
Cook until tender, drain and rinse well.
Add crackers, crumbled.
Add milk, eggs, onion, oleo, cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Place in buttered casserole dish.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until light brown.
Serves 6.
