Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 Tbsp. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cream together butter, water, vanilla and sugar.
Add flour and pecans.
Stir well.
Spoon onto greased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown (8 to 10 minutes).
While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
