Carrot Salad With Lemon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
1 lb. carrots, grated fine
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine (after inside green sprout removed)
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley (do not omit)
Preparation

In small bowl whisk together lemon juice and salt.
Whisk in oils until well blended.
In medium size bowl combine carrots and garlic.
Pour in dressing from small bowl and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate.
