Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    4 oz. Hershey bar (milk chocolate)
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
    Grind oatmeal to a fine powder in food processor.
    Mix together flour, oat powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder; add to creamed mixture and blend well.
    (The mixture will be rather stiff.)
    Grate Hershey bar and add with chocolate chips and nuts. Mix until evenly distributed.
    Drop by tablespoons (1 1/2-inch balls) onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake about 10 minutes.
    Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
    Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
    Yield:
    60 cookies.
