Veal Cutlets With Italian Plum Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes (large can)
    3 basil leaves
    1 can tomato paste (6 1/2 oz.)
    2 sliced garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    scant 1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cook for 45 minutes on low flame with lid off; stir often. Pour over cutlets.
    Be sure to remove basil leaves.
