Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled, cooked and sliced
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain carrots.
Combine with the remainder of the ingredients. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
