3 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter; stir in nuts and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar melts and browns (8 to 10 minutes).
