Ingredients

6 c. milk
3/4 c. rice
1 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Rinse medium saucepan with cold water.
Add milk and bring to a boil (medium heat).
Stir in rice and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until tender (55 minutes).
Combine sugar, cream, eggs, vanilla and salt.
Stir in this mixture and stir good; heat to boil.
Cover with cinnamon and raisins.
