Strawberry-Banana Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh strawberries
    2 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 small ripe banana, sliced (1/2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Wash and cap strawberries; drain well.
    Place a single layer strawberries in a shallow pan; freeze.
    Combine buttermilk and remaining ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 4 1/2 cups (59 calories per 1/2-cup serving).
    Contains 2.3 g protein, 0.4 g fat, 12.7 g carbohydrate, 1 mg cholesterol, 57 mg sodium and 72 mg calcium.
