Fresh Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. mashed peaches
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
