Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. mace
1 large egg
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) melted butter
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients together.
In separate bowl, mix egg, pineapple, milk and butter.
Add dry ingredients to pineapple mixture, just until moist.
Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
