7-Up Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes lime or lemon jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. 7-Up
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. water (boiling)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add cream cheese to this mixture. Mix with electric mixer well and then add pineapple (juice and all), 7-Up and vanilla.
Add pecans.
Refrigerate.
Put in large Pyrex dish.
