Fried Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white cornmeal
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and form silver dollar size patties.
    Fry in a pan of oil.
    If the batter is too soupy, you may pour a cup at a time in hot oil.
    Cover and turn when golden brown on one side.
