Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans and walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Beat eggs and oil in small bowl.
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon in large bowl.
Add egg mixture; mix softly.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Do not overmix. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool.
Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
