Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat together the egg, milk, oil, lemon peel and lemon juice.
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add egg mixture to this; stir until moistened. Pour into 2 greased 6 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans onto a wire rack; cool.
Wrap and store overnight.
Makes 2 small loaves.
