Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; melt butter and cream with sugar. Add egg, yeast mixture and flour.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Drop by spoonfuls in well buttered muffin pan.
