White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. salt
    10 to 12 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. yeast
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix yeast with warm water until dissolved.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, knead and let rise.
    Shape into loaves and rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 loaves.
