White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. boiling water
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. salt
10 to 12 c. flour
4 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. warm water
Preparation
-
Mix yeast with warm water until dissolved.
Add the rest of the ingredients, knead and let rise.
Shape into loaves and rise again.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 loaves.
