Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. thinly sliced squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 pkg. chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
    2 medium chopped onions
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions for 5 minutes in salt water; drain well.
    Mix soup and sour cream in a mixing bowl; stir in carrots. Set aside.
    Add squash and onions. In a pot, melt butter; add bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Put 1/2 stuffing mix on bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour sour cream mixture in.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
