Ingredients

7 tart medium apples (4 to the lb.)
3/4 c. Brown Sugar Twin
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg or mace
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
crust for 2-crust pie
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Peel and core apples and slice thinly.
Stir together Sugar Twin, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt to blend and mix lightly with apples.
