Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips
1 box pistachio instant pudding
Preparation

Beat eggs with oil.
Add sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
Sift soda, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 hour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
