Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 corn tortillas (medium)
2 c. shredded chicken (precook in water)
2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. onions, chopped and sauteed until clear
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chopped chillies, drained
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Layer 1/2 of each:
torn tortillas, chicken, cheese and soup mixture (then second layer).
Top with cheese.
Pour chicken broth over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Add 1/2 cup of hot salsa for extra spicy.
