Pumpkin Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice and pecans; set aside.
    In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Blend in pumpkin.
    Add dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.
    Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
    Cool on wire racks.
