White Creamy Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cake flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or shortening
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cook flour and milk until thick paste, about 5 minutes.
    Cook to lukewarm.
    Meanwhile cream shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add to the paste.
    Blend in the vanilla and confectioners sugar.
    Add nuts.
