Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
    2 c. ground carrots
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together.
    Combine with first mixture and add pecans, carrots and pineapple.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
