Sara'S Strawberry Surprise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large boxes strawberry jello
1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. crushed pretzels
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix pretzels, melted butter and sugar to form crust in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish or cake pan.
Put in freezer approximately one hour.
Blend Cool Whip and softened cream cheese until smooth. Spread enough of cream cheese mixture to cover pretzel crust. Reserve the rest to top jello.
Mix jello according to package directions.
Add frozen strawberries.
Pour gently over pretzel crust; refrigerate until jello is set, then top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
Refreshing and delicious!
