Microwave Choco-Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Blend together sugar and oil.
Add eggs; beat well.
Stir in zucchini and vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well mixed.
