Quick Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked meat and/or vegetables
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
    3/4 c. biscuit mix or 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
Preparation
    First, grease a 9 or 10-inch pan.
    Next, spread in the pan 2 cups cooked meat or vegetable, 1 cup cheese (grated) and 1/2 cup chopped onion.
    In a separate bowl, stir salt, evaporated milk, biscuit mix and eggs altogether.
