Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 to 1 c. Bisquick
a little milk
some cooked sausage or bacon, cut up fine
1 medium zucchini, diced small
oil

Preparation

Put a little oil in a frying pan. Heat oil and spoon batter into pan.
Turn when browned and brown the other side.
