Ham-Potatoes Au Gratin (Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese (4 oz.)
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 c. skim milk
    2 c. diced, cooked ham
    3 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.
    Stir in flour and pepper.
    Add milk all at once and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Add cheese and salad dressing; stir until cheese melts.
    Combine potatoes and ham with sauce. Bake in a 10 x 6 x 1.5-inch baking dish in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
