Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
    3 c. milk
    2 small pkg. instant pudding
Preparation
    Mix margarine, flour and chopped nuts and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
