2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt and gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in nuts and chips. Line cookie sheet with foil. Drop by teaspoon on foil.
Put in oven. Turn oven off and let cookies remain in oven at least 5 hours or overnight.
