Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar drained sauerkraut
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Serve with hot dogs, vegetable or meat dish.
    Yields 1 quart.
