Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. onion, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    little salt and pepper
    3 c. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix eggs with oil, then add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cut in brownie squares.
    Easy to handle.
