Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 (4 serving size) instant butter pecan pudding
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake cookies for 6 to 8 minutes.
Cream butter, sugar and dry pudding mix with a mixer.
Add soda and cinnamon; blend well.
Add egg, continuing to blend.
Last, add flour and continue to mix.
Dough may become too stiff to mix with mixer.
If so, continue by hand.
Roll dough 1/4-inch thick on floured surface.
Cut out favorite cookie cutter shapes.
Makes about 2 dozen large cookies.
Decorate with sugars or frost for more fun!!
