Hearty Bacon-Potato Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, uncooked and cut into 1-inch strips
2 c. red potatoes, diced
1 cup (1 medium) onion, diced
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1-1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In pot, cook bacon for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add potatoes and onions and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
