1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 oz. (4 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine oil, chocolate and granulated sugar. Beat in one egg at a time.
Stir in vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into the oil mixture.
Blend thoroughly.
Chill dough several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; lightly grease cookie sheet.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar.
Shape into balls while rolling in sugar. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until firm.
Do not overbake.
